As part of the Lembrassa customer service policy we offer a Free order service for all shoppers. If you cannot find the item you want or we are sold out of your size then we will do our best to locate the item on your behalf.

All item requests will be subject to availability and you will be contacted via e-mail within 1 working day to notify you if we have been able to locate your request. If we have been successful in locating your item it will take approx 5 days to arrive into stock.

This service is completely free and our standard postage costs and returns policy applies to all requested items.
