Back pain happens when you don t wear a bra, especially when you have a big chest. The bra that you refuse to wear helps in taking the weight off your chest. You will find yourself slouching most of the time.
Free from Allergies and Infection
You might be searching online. It is not wearing a bra good for you, right? As you can see, there are pros and cons in choosing not to wear a bra. One of the pros that you can enjoy is freedom from allergies and infection. When we wear a bra, sweat builds up under our breast. Sweaty as they are trapped inside the bra, yeast infection grows. This yeast that grew in your breast then causes itching and foul odor, later developing into an allergy or infection. But if you aren't wearing a bra, no yeast will grow because your chest is free.
When we wear something tight, blood flow circulation becomes disturbed, just like with your bra. Since it squeezes your chest, your blood vessels are also compressed. This means you are prone to getting cardiovascular issues due to poor circulation. This is the reason why we feel so relieved after taking off our bra. So what happens if you don’t wear a bra? We can breathe better.
Turning left to the right in your bed is a little uncomfortable because of your bra wire. But what happens if you don't wear a bra? You'll get better sleep. You'll sleep soundly because the oxygen is not being compressed, plus you can't feel the wires in your sleep.
There is nothing more relaxing than to be free from your bra after a long day. Women can relate to when we sing our favorite song while walking towards our room to undone our bra. Feels free and comfortable. That is why many women choose not to wear them every day. We can't blame them because once you felt the comfort, it's addicting!
